Based on the four key pillars; Exercise, relaxation, nature and healthy eating, this personalised program takes a complementary approach to health. Highly qualified expert coaches provide physical activity programs, coaching support, and dietary nutritional programs to enable guests to find balance while nourishing the body with beneficial food. The wellbeing sanctuary starts with an extensive consultation inviting guess to recharge from the very beginning.
On-demand, participants can customise and add additional activities if desired. They will also have the golden opportunity to learn from Arthur Guérin-Boeri and Thomas Bouchard, the French Freediving world champions. Arthur was crowned Freediving World Champion in 2013, 2015 and 2016, holding five world records and winning five world titles. Thomas is ranked among the world’s top 4 freedivers. These French fellows bring their longstanding knowledge and expertise to the program, with soothing relaxation techniques to calm and regulate the breath, harmonising the body and mind.
The programs were carefully designed to adapt to different participants. Apart from relaxing open-air activities such as yoga, breathing sessions, and qigong, more rigorous personal training sessions and water-based exercises are available. Some activities were specifically made to push guests out of their comfort zone, such as the endurance activity Swim & Run along the Mediterranean coastline with swims in sheltered coves.
The spa also has a holistic approach to wellbeing, proposing a range of aromatherapy treatments that use essences from aromatic and therapeutic Mediterranean plants from the hotel garden ground itself. Agnieszka Bret, the Chinese Medicine practitioner and an expert therapist, personalises each massage with age-old wellness methods to offer a unique and bespoke experience. High-performance skincare products by skincare brands Biologique Recherche, Dr Burgener and Sodashi are used to improve the therapies. Each treatment is customised to each individual as well.
Guests cultivate their creative side with a range of hands-on activities and workshops such as pottery, garden tours and flower arranging courses
Healthy eating is another essential part of the program. Using seasonal products, exciting new flavours, and delicious fresh fruits and vegetables to promote a healthier lifestyle, Michelin starred Chef Yoric Tièche creates Mediterranean dishes as sustainability and seasonality are crucial for him. The chef mostly opts for highly nutritious and locally produced ingredients to create light and nourishing dishes, some of them coming from the Hotel’s extraordinary new vegetable garden.
Established on 17 acres of lush grounds that thrive with endemic Mediterranean flora and tropical plants, the Hotel presents the perfect ambience to unwind and revitalise. The wooded Cap Ferrat peninsula is carpeted with luxuriant vegetation, with crystal-clear waters gently lapping secluded pebble strands. Coastal paths and jogging routes for every adventure level meander through wild stretches of coastline, offering striking sea views, while cycling trails pass through lush natural panoramas and enchanting seaside towns.
The offer is valid for the duration of the 2021 season, starting from May 19. Prices from EUR 2200 per person, based on a 3-day full board wellness program (beverages excluded) with personalised activities and treatments. Accommodation is not included in the above-quoted price.
