Co-founded by two sisters, Jessica Rose and Lucie Olivia, Olivia Rose Pilates just launched last month, and has positioned itself as a key go-to platform for those wanting to incorporate pilates into their balanced healthy lifestyle. 

The sisters have created a platform that goes beyond your traditional exercise routines. OliviaRosePilates.com has become a holistic wellness hub that brings together physical health with mindfulness and balanced nutrition. It’s where users can learn about Pilates, take virtual classes, get top tier nutrition advice and gain access to mindfulness resources, all for a monthly subscription of £30, members will gain access to a suite of services (try their services for free for 7 days). 

Their mission is to guide their clientele through a transformative wellness journey of self-discovery and strength through virtual Pilates sessions and holistic wellness guidance. Having trained in over 650 hours of Pilates, the sisters have studied with world-leading Pilates instructors, so share their expertise for beginners and experts alike. On the Olivia Rose Pilates platform, they also offer masterclasses on various wellness topics, and offer practical resources like healthy recipes and lifestyle tips. Their  goal is to empower users to take charge of their health, ensuring a rewarding journey towards personal wellbeing–one that is curated to suit everyone’s personal needs.

The sisters took some time out of their busy day to speak with L’Officiel Monaco about staying healthy on the go, the power of a good Pilates teacher, and detailing their own wellness-focused morning routines.

How do you stay healthy on the go?
Jessica Rose: To stay healthy on the go, we make a point to plan ahead. We always check out our itinerary in advance so we can make balanced choices, whether it’s about food or fitting in some movement. We also look at our accommodations to see if there’s space for our personal Pilates practice, as that’s key to staying centered and energised. 

Lucie Olivia: Journaling helps us stay mindful, and we love getting fresh air before the rest of the day starts – it sets a positive tone. By planning ahead, everything feels more seamless, making it easier to stick to our healthy habits, no matter where we are.

What is your mission with Olivia Rose Pilates?
Jessica: Our mission with Olivia Rose Pilates is to make Pilates, health, and wellness accessible and easy for everyone to incorporate into their daily lives. We believe that Pilates should be for all – regardless of age, body type, or experience level. 

Lucie: If we can help just one person improve their well-being, we feel like we’ve accomplished something truly rewarding. It’s that sense of impact that drives us. Ultimately, we want to take Olivia Rose Pilates worldwide, so that anyone, anywhere, can benefit from what we offer and feel empowered in their journey to better health.

Talk us through your own morning routines?
Jessica: My morning routine is a big part of how I stay focused and balanced. I wake up around 5:30 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. and I start the day with some journaling and my own movement practice before heading to the studio to train clients. If I have a free morning, I use that time to plan our next filming sessions or upcoming classes.
I always make sure to schedule a 2-hour lunch break. It might seem like a long break to some, but I find it really important. I put all my energy into my in-person sessions, so having that time helps me recharge and reset for my evening clients. During that break, I also love prepping new homemade recipes for our platform.
After my clients, I wind down with dinner with my husband where we catch up on our day, a 20 minute sauna, a cold shower, and then I like to read a new book before going to bed around 10 p.m. This routine helps me stay energized and keep a clear mind throughout the day.

Lucie: My morning routine starts with 30 minutes of Pilates, followed by a walk with my dog Ziggy before I begin working with my morning clients. After that, I take a lunch break and use the time to plan sessions, manage social media, and handle all the business aspects of running Olivia Rose Pilates with my sister.
The afternoons and evenings are focused on more client sessions, and once I’m done for the day, I like to wind down with either a shower or a Himalayan salt bath to help my muscles recover. I also try to hit 10k steps daily, so I’ll take Ziggy out for another walk either in between clients or after dinner. It’s my way of staying active and refreshed throughout the day!
