The flair of a modern Tallulah bankhead or Andy Warhol’s Edie Sedgewick come to mind when viewing the editorial by Sebastien Pielles. He staged his model in a setting that inevitably reminds one of the “factory”. In this case it is MaHlla Berlin, a visionary cultural site that is located on the Spree and will redefine Berlin’s art scene with its platform from 2022. In Pielle’s editorial, sparkling creativity meets laissez-faire and Berlin chic. Fashion items by Marina Hoermanseder meet Chanel, Margiela meets Brachmann. The extraordinary make-up comes from Melanie Hoppe, who opted for radiant eyeshadow and nude lips.
