The Madrid family were great lovers of perfumes and practitioners of art de vivre à la Française -The art of living. Nearly fifty years ago, the Madrid family developed an undying love affair with fragrances, and in 1972, Antoine and his brother Hervé opened their first studio. A venture where tradition is shared and reinvented. Their fragrances grew successful in America, and they began acquiring and reviving multiple beauty houses. Today, the two brothers have embarked upon a new adventure with Hervé’s daughter Valérie, and together, they return to the roots of French perfumery by creating The Closerie des Parfums.
