Bentley, you’re a stunning and successful model — a true gem who’s graced the pages of Vogue and other top fashion publications. Who first discovered you, and were there any role models who helped shape your path?
Thank you so much — that really means a lot! Funnily enough, I was first scouted via my mum’s Facebook page back in 2021. I initially signed with Click Models of Atlanta, and since then, I’ve also joined Trible Talent in Tennessee, along with O Models Agency and Osbrink Agency in Los Angeles.
I find inspiration everywhere — in people’s stories, their creativity, their drive. Recently, I’ve been especially drawn to Alex Consani. I admire how open and unapologetically herself she is, and the way she encourages others to bring their personality into the professional space. Coco Rocha has always been a huge inspiration, too — her passion is contagious and reminds me why I love this industry.

What were the biggest challenges you faced when moving to California, and how did you navigate them? What are your current goals in modelling?
Moving from a small town in Georgia to California was definitely a bit of a culture shock. At first, I felt pretty alone — until I realised I wasn’t. I started stepping outside my comfort zone, connecting with new people, and soon found a strong network of friends and collaborators. My faith has been a huge pillar of support and continues to guide me through life’s ups and downs.
Career-wise, I’m focused on growth — creatively, professionally, and personally. Each campaign still feels like a new adventure. I love the emotion, the artistry, the energy that goes into a shoot. Collaborating with such talented people is the best part. Eventually, I’d love to work internationally, too.
You seem to have a genuine desire to help others. How do you channel that in your everyday life? And who has had the biggest impact on you personally?
I’ve always been a people person — it’s just in my nature. I’m currently completing a degree in Human Environmental Science through the University of Alabama, and I’d love to eventually work in patient advocacy, especially for children with gastrointestinal conditions. Counselling also interests me, particularly for those navigating the pressures of the entertainment and fashion worlds.
My biggest influence is definitely my mom. She’s overcome so much and sacrificed a lot to give me and my siblings the life we have. Her strength and selflessness inspire me every single day. I also adore animals — all animals. I like to think I might’ve been one in a past life! One of my dreams is to open an animal sanctuary, but for now, I volunteer at local shelters whenever I can.

What does beauty mean to you — is it a form of self-expression, or something deeper? And how do you stay grounded in an industry so focused on appearance?
To me, beauty is light. It’s in a genuine smile, in kindness, in resilience. It’s about finding joy even during life’s harder moments. Confidence and compassion are essential — they shape how we present ourselves and how we treat others.
Staying grounded comes from being authentic. I try to stay true to who I am, hold onto my values, and embrace my individuality. That’s where my inner strength comes from.
Have you ever considered acting? If so, what kind of roles excite you?
Absolutely — acting is something I’ve always been curious about. I’d love to star in a romantic comedy — who wouldn’t want to live out a Notebook-style love story on screen? I’ve done a few commercials recently, and I really enjoyed the experience. It felt surprisingly natural, though memorising lines is still a work in progress!
I’m currently training with an acting coach every week to sharpen my skills. Fingers crossed — hopefully you’ll see me on the big screen soon.
