Fendi is celebrating 100 years in the game with a tribute that’s as iconic as it is. In honor of the centennial, the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy has issued a commemorative stamp dedicated to the Roman fashion house—officially putting Fendi in the company of national treasures.

The stamp is part of Le Eccellenze del sistema produttivo ed economico (The Excellence of the Productive and Economic System), a themed series that recognizes Italian brands with century-long legacies. For Fendi, it’s a nod to its lasting influence—not just in fashion, but in promoting the “Made in Italy” hallmark around the world.

Designed in Fendi’s signature yellow, the stamp features the number “100” merging the number one with the infinity symbol, plus the FF logo made famous by Karl Lagerfeld in 1965. That logo, short for “Fun Furs,” helped define the house’s identity under the direction of the five Fendi sisters—Paola, Anna, Franca, Carla, and Alda—daughters of founders Adele and Edoardo Fendi.

And yes, this collectible comes dressed to impress. The stamp is housed in a four-flap A4 folder, complete with a block of four stamps, a stamped and canceled postcard, a first-day envelope, and a philatelic card. Also inside? A personal message from Silvia Venturini Fendi, artistic director of accessories and menswear.

Whether you’re a fashion history buff or just someone who appreciates a good piece of design, this is a collector’s item worth adding to the shelf. The stamp and folder will be available starting April 4, 2025, at select Italian post offices and online.
