Chef Eric Guillemaud's culinary training began with the Monte-Carlo SBM Group, where he first learned traditional cooking at the H&ocirc;tel de Paris and then specialized in healthy cuisine at L&rsquo;Hirondelle, the restaurant of the Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo. He further honed his skills at two prestigious luxury hotels: the 5-star Grand Hotel Park in Gstaad, renowned for its exquisite gastronomy, and the R&eacute;sidence de la Pin&egrave;de, a Michelin 2-star establishment. Guillemaud&rsquo;s love for his hometown and his desire to bring his extensive experience back to Monaco led him to work at the Sporting Monte-Carlo and the Casino de Monte-Carlo restaurants. Upon the opening of Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo, he was appointed Executive Chef, where he continues to showcase his unique culinary expertise.&nbsp;
