The “Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo Gala Dinner”, 2021 Edition

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has launched a unique dinner program orchestrated by talented Monegasque gastronomic chefs. The multi-starred gala closed the first edition of the Festival des Étoilés 2021 at the Casino de Monte-Carlo.

This first edition was a real success in the heart of the iconic Casino de Monte-Carlo on Saturday, 27thNovember. "Manon Fleury, Yannick Alléno, Franck Cerutti, Alain Ducasse, Dominique Lory and Marcel Ravin, all the Michelin-starred chefs at the Resort came together for one evening to serve up a sublime 12-hands dinner." The exceptional duos of renowned chefs have created a moment of pure Monegasque gastronomy.

For this five-course dinner, the chefs delivered their finest creations, their Signature dish, accompanied by a perfect wine pairing, worked with the company's sommeliers and the Cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the largest hotel cellars in the world.

Honoured by the presence of Prince Albert II of Monaco, and his nephews Louis and Marie Ducruet, the gala held in the prestigious Salle Médecin, ended in style the first edition of the Festival launched in May 2021.

"We look forward to seeing you in the fall of 2022 for the 2nd edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo" concluded Jean-Luc Biamonti, Deputy Chairman of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer at the end of the event.
