Inspired by the Movement of Water: A New Way of Living in Spain’s Costa del Sol

Set in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Sotogrande, Tyrian Residences introduces a new way of living on the Mediterranean. Inspired by the movement of water, this visionary project is the result of a collaboration between Prestige Expo and Grupo BZH. Designed by the multi-award-winning studio Yodezeen, the residences blend organic architecture, wellness, and understated luxury into the first beachfront fully serviced development in this part of Southern Spain.

Tyrian’s curved silhouette mirrors the flow of water along the shoreline. The designers conceived the building to blend naturally into its surroundings, enhancing the landscape rather than disrupting it. Inspired by the sea, it features warm, earthy materials echoing the textures and tones of the Costa del Sol. “Tyrian’s curved design mirrors the movement of the sea and the shape of the coastline. It flows naturally, blurring the line between architecture and nature,” noted Yuri Savinov, Co-Founder of Prestige Expo. Tyrian is home to only 40 residences-spacious apartments, penthouses and duplex penthouses designed as villas in the sky. Each one opens onto dual views of the sea and the mountains, with five-metre floating terraces that extend towards the horizon, blurring the boundary between indoors and out. Visible from the entrance to Estepona, Tyrian has already become a new architectural landmark for the city. But its impact goes beyond design. The project contributes to the transformation of the area through the Smart Boulevard-a landscaped, pedestrian-friendly corridor that brings a new green space to the city. The developers opened the boulevard to the public and designed it with drought-tolerant plants, noise-reducing asphalt, and adaptive lighting. It invites a slower pace of life, improving walkability and everyday well-being.

Wellness and Comfort in Every Detail

Tyrian sets aside 1,400 m² for wellness and leisure, including a 700 m² spa with a heated pool, hammam, saunas, and massage rooms. Natural light fills each space, enhancing comfort and well-being. The Technogym-equipped fitness center, yoga and Pilates studios, and rooftop infinity pool provide residents with a variety of options for relaxation and activity. The entire development was designed according to WELL Certification standards. A 24/7 concierge team is available year-round, accessible through a residents’ app, with services ranging from included essentials to à la carte and premium options. Security features such as gated access, double checkpoints, and discreet service lifts help maintain privacy and peace of mind. “At its core, Tyrian Residences is about rethinking beachfront luxury. It blends the space and privacy of a home with the service and ease of a five-star resort,” explained Vitaliy Rushchynskyy, Co-Founder and CEO of Prestige Expo. Screenshot_2

Tyrian Residences marks a new chapter for the Costa del Sol. A refined take on beachfront living, it blends privacy, proportion, and service with a design that honours its setting. With wellbeing at its core and a public boulevard that gives back to the city, Tyrian is more than a home: it introduces a new way of living and a new landmark for the region.
