Blerta, you are a famous model and an equally successful entrepreneur. You live between Miami, Monaco, and the South of France and truly master the art of beautiful living. What is your secret to maintaining a balance between work and pleasure?
I believe balance isn’t something you find — it’s something you design. I’ve built a lifestyle around my values: beauty, freedom, creativity, and presence. I’ve also learned to integrate work and pleasure rather than separate them. A business meeting by the sea, creative direction over lunch, a photo shoot that feels like play — when you truly love what you do, the lines blur in the most beautiful way.
I’ve created a life where work is driven by passion, and pleasure is part of my daily rhythm. I’m intentional with my time — whether I’m travelling for work, developing a project in Miami, or simply enjoying a long lunch by the sea in Monaco. Balance comes from staying aligned with my energy. I protect my peace fiercely, and I only say yes to what feels expansive — in business, in love, and in lifestyle.

You invest in real estate and technology. How do you choose where to invest? Do you follow certain internal rules, or is it more about intuition? What has been the riskiest move in your career that completely changed your life?
I have very strong intuition — it has always led me to great results, and I trust it fully.
For me, it’s always a mix of intuition and structure. I consider energy, potential, and emotional resonance just as much as numbers and projections. Of course, I have a team I work with who help guide me towards the best opportunities, but I tend to invest in places I personally fall in love with — that’s how I ended up owning multiple properties across Europe and the US.

What is the most important thing you’ve learned about yourself while working at the intersection of fashion, architecture, and investment?
That I’m a storyteller. Whether I’m building a home, curating a photoshoot, or backing a tech concept — it’s always about crafting an experience that tells a story.
I used to think I had to choose between these worlds, but I’ve come to realise that my essence connects them all. I thrive at the intersection of aesthetics and impact. I’ve also learned that I’m far bolder than I ever gave myself credit for. Beauty, to me, isn’t just about appearance — it’s about shaping space, emotion, and opportunity.

You often speak about freedom and going with the flow of life. What helped you learn to let go and trust yourself? What does it mean to you to be a truly free woman today?
I learned to let go when life gave me no other choice. There were moments when I had to trust myself — when people disappointed me, when plans fell apart, when everything felt uncertain. But in those moments, I discovered a power I didn’t know I had.
To me, being a truly free woman means living by your own rhythm. It means not waiting for permission, not shrinking yourself for anyone, and not fearing change. Freedom is knowing you are whole on your own — and choosing everything else from a place of abundance, not lack.
Being free today means making decisions rooted in your truth, not in society’s expectations. It’s about loving without fear, working with intention, and knowing that your intuition is your greatest guide.
