A Life Shaped by Diamonds

The article explores a personal journey through the diamond world — from rough stones to fine jewelry — and the creation of a modern jewelry brand rooted in craftsmanship, femininity, and emotion.

L’Officiel Monaco

My journey in the diamond industry began in 2010 in London, where I entered the world of rough diamonds through a pioneering startup focused on auction-based sales. It was a demanding and highly formative environment — fast, competitive, and deeply technical. Working directly with rough stones taught me to appreciate diamonds in their most honest form and to understand how much knowledge, intuition, and discipline are required to recognize their potential.

London became the foundation of my professional identity. Those early years shaped my respect for the craft and for the quiet strength behind every exceptional stone.

From London, my path led naturally to Antwerp, Belgium — the historical and emotional center of the diamond world. I spent three and a half years there, refining my expertise and immersing myself in the culture of polished diamonds and high jewelry. During this time, I joined André Messika Diamonds. Working alongside André Messika, whose name is synonymous with diamond mastery, was a defining experience. Observing the evolution of the Messika house — today led by Valérie Messika — allowed me to witness how heritage, innovation, and femininity can coexist within one jewelry vision.

In Antwerp, I learned that diamonds are not only technical objects, but emotional ones. Each stone carries a story, and fine jewelry is the art of giving that story a voice.

Between 2013 and 2015, I completed my formal education and certification in polished diamonds in Antwerp. Combining academic training with hands-on experience gave me a rare 360-degree perspective — from rough stones to polished diamonds, and finally to finished jewelry. This holistic understanding remains the backbone of my work today.

My career then expanded across the diamond districts of London, Antwerp, and Tel Aviv — environments traditionally dominated by men. Building credibility required consistency, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. These experiences shaped my character and my vision, teaching me that sensitivity and intuition are not weaknesses, but strengths in an industry built on precision and tradition.

I later transitioned into international sales with MID Diamonds, a globally established company. This role brought me to the South of France, where I became Sales Manager for Europe. Working closely with international clients taught me how deeply personal jewelry can be. Diamonds are not chosen only with the eye, but with emotion — they mark milestones, relationships, and life stories.

Originally from Slovakia, my international background has naturally influenced my approach to jewelry. Different cultures, aesthetics, and ways of living have shaped my sensitivity to detail and balance. Five years ago, I founded my own jewelry company, based in Mougins, in the South of France. It was a natural evolution — a space where experience, instinct, and creativity could meet.

My collections are produced primarily in Italian ateliers, known for their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each piece reflects my background in both rough and polished diamonds, combining technical precision with creative freedom. I design jewelry that feels feminine, timeless, and effortless — pieces meant to be worn, lived in, and passed on.

An essential part of my brand lies in how I choose to meet my clients. Rather than traditional retail, I focus on private sales events across Europe — from Monaco, Saint-Tropez, and Cannes to Slovakia and beyond. These intimate settings create a warm and personal atmosphere, allowing clients to experience jewelry in a meaningful way. Over the years, this approach has helped build strong, lasting relationships with clients who continue to follow and support my work.

Alongside my collections, I specialize in bespoke creations. Working closely with clients, I transform emotions, memories, and personal stories into one-of-a-kind pieces. This dialogue between designer and wearer is at the heart of my work.

Today, at 40, I see my brand not only as a business, but as a legacy in progress. My hope is that one day my daughter will inherit not just the name, but the knowledge, values, and passion behind it — continuing a story shaped by craftsmanship, femininity, and love.
