Elegance, charm, and aristocracy. These three words summarize what the guests of the Grand Ball witnessed on June 25th, when magic and glamour took over the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo for a night of Monégasque fantasy.
The marvellous event, which was organized under the High Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, happened during a spectacular evening filled with music, dancing, colourful ornaments and joy. The 150 attendants enjoyed a magical soirée that evoked a Disney-style story tale.

The chosen venue, the Belle Epoque Hall of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, went through a significant transformation to transport the guests to a land of mystery and fantasy where they could all be true princes and princesses. All the attendants, including elite business people, members of royal houses, renowned celebrities and acclaimed politicians, gathered for a memorable night of luxury and culture in a royal environment.

It was definitely an evening to remember, mainly because of the remarkable attires worn by the guests from different countries. Fashion was essential for the success of the Grand Ball, as the sumptuous and glamourous dresses and suits made the experience feel just like being part of a fairytale.

Additionally, thanks to Delia Grace Noble, opera singer, UNICEF ambassador and artistic director of the event, the entertainment exceed all expectations during this wonderful night of music and culture. Over 100 artists were involved in this mesmerizing production, that included flag throwers, several singers and instrumentalists, the National Orchestra of Italian’s Carabinieri Army, the Czech national team of artistic dances, and even international étoile ballet stars.

Moreover, magic was not only perceivable in the garments or the performances but also in how the location was embellished. Flowers were key to arranging an elegant, romantic setting. Tables, walls, and different spaces were decorated with over 40000 peonies and pink roses that transformed the place into a dreamy wonderland of pastel tones and delicate scents.

The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses was held to celebrate the Principality and to delight the prominent guests with a glamourous and memorable soirée fit for royalty. It succeeded a likewise edition in Venice and a special version to close the EXPO 2020 Dubai.
The event in Monaco may have concluded over two months ago, but the magic continues to be spread across the world, as it will soon take place in different fascinating locations. On March 17th, 2023, the Grand Ball will take over the luxurious Burj Al Arab. It will then go on with its journey to London, Hong Kong, the United States and the 2025 Osaka EXPO. The idea is to keep the magic of fairytales alive in the dreamiest ways possible.
