Founded by three inspiring women: Burcu Tanman, Yagmur Zirh, and Damla Zirh, the luxury swimwear brand was inspired by the idea, how to make women feel beautiful, stylish, and confident waring beachwear.
Inspired and developed by women who are strong and elegant, Burcu, Damla, and Yagmur were in search of a name that could personify their ideology of a woman. “Mo” comes from a Far Eastern expression which stands for brave and powerful, and stands for “Eva” the first woman ever created.
Combination of this phrases does not only emphasize the courage and the power of the women, but also the strong attitude of the brand.

Each design of MOEVA is carefully researched in terms of construction, silhouette, and color combinations. The goal is to prevent the styles coming out of fashion in one or two seasons, which makes MOEVA swimwear items timeless. MOEVA’s approach is architectural and constructional. In 2016, Creative Director Burcu Tanman created their first mastectomy swimsuit, both designer-made and functional for women who have undergone a mastectomy.
