The visual story captures the energy of the city through the vibrant presence of Amiaya – Ami and Aya Suzuki, Japan’s unmistakable twin icons of fashion and street style. Known for their bold silhouettes, saturated color palettes, and global influence & their signature bold-coloured bobbed hairstyles, they’re impossible to miss at Fashion Weeks across Paris, Milan, New York, and London.
L’Officiel Monaco:
Tell us about Amiaya – Ami and Aya Suzuki – and how working with them shaped the shoot.
Grzegorz Baciński:
Working with them brought a dynamic energy to the set – Tokyo’s architecture and light became a perfect backdrop for their colorful personalities.
Izabella Chrobok:
It wouldn’t be the same with our best team we could imagine on set – make up artist Kotomi, Hair Artist Miho Emori, Set design by Pablo Shibari implementing calligraphy work by Shodo, amazing styles provided by Harumi PR & Sakas PR, Kato from Cereal who came especially from Osaka to help on the shoot with her assistant – which was super sweet support & care.

Your work spans photography, editorial, and agency campaigns. How do these areas connect?
Grzegorz Baciński:
At KEYI STUDIO, photography is just one layer. We design campaigns, create immersive events, and produce visual stories that help brands and artists connect with audiences in meaningful ways. Everything we do – editorial, commercial, experimental – is about building dialogue and creating platforms for expression.
Izabella Chrobok:
Our goal is to connect Europe and Asia through creative exchange. Whether it’s a fashion campaign, an exhibition, or an event, we aim to bridge cultures and foster collaboration between artists, brands, and communities. Asia has been a huge influence on our aesthetic – its energy, attention to detail, and its subtle interplay between tradition and innovation informs everything we do.

L’Officiel Monaco:
How does this cross-cultural approach influence your photography?
Izabella Chrobok:
We’ve lived and worked in Europe and Asia for years. That experience informs our visual language – how we see light, space, and movement. Our images are never about just one place; they’re about the dialogue between places, cultures, and perspectives.
Grzegorz Baciński:
Fashion, music, and art are the main driving forces for us, especially when meeting interesting personalities like Ami & Aya and the lovely people who support us. The energy and flow behind your decisions feel like a perfectly unfolding movie. After living in Asia for years and starting our brand, it became clear that creating visuals that feel global while staying rooted in the local context—whether a city, a community, or an artist—has a deeper impact and is essential to our work. That’s what gives our work texture and helps us discover new ways of living while connecting with diversity.

L’Officiel Monaco:
What do you hope readers and collaborators take away from your projects?
Grzegorz Baciński:
We want people to feel the energy of exchange – the meeting of perspectives, the beauty of details, and the power of thoughtful storytelling. For us, every shoot, campaign, and event is an invitation to explore, connect, and inspire.
