Emiliana moves through the world with the rare ability to merge artistry and healing into a single, coherent language. Her music draws listeners in with its softness and emotional precision, yet beneath every note lies a deeper intention: to create space for reflection, release and inner clarity. Trained in both sound healing and Reiki, she approaches creative work as an energetic practice, allowing intuition to guide composition as much as technique.

Her songs feel intimate and spacious at once, shaped by an honesty that resonates far beyond aesthetic appeal. In conversation, she speaks with the same depth that defines her music — thoughtful, grounded and quietly powerful. This exclusive interview for L’Officiel Monaco offers a closer look into her creative world and the philosophy that shapes it.
Emiliana, you’re redefining the role of an artist by blending music with wellness. Could you share the moment when you realised that your musical artistry could go beyond entertainment and become a tool for healing?
I’ve always felt music physically and emotionally, not just as sound but as something that moves energy. For me, music was never only about expression or performance — it was always something deeper, something that could soothe, open, and heal. The shift happened when I realized that my creative state itself felt sacred. When I’m writing, I enter a space that feels pure and deeply aligned with who I am, almost like I disappear and something truthful flows through me. I’m not thinking about outcomes, numbers, or audiences — I’m listening, feeling, and allowing the moment to guide me. That’s when I understood that my music could hold space for others the same way it holds space for me, and that’s where its healing power lives.
Your ethereal sound is known for creating a deep emotional and spiritual connection with your audience. How do you ensure that each song you create carries this transformative energy? What techniques do you use to infuse your music with such depth?
When I’m truly in a creative state, it feels sacred and wholesome. I love writing, and often it begins as a poem before it ever becomes a song. There’s no pressure for structure at first—just truth moving freely. Later, I’ll shape it into melody and form, but the origin always comes from that raw, unfiltered place. When I’m writing at that level, I’m fully present, fully connected. It’s as if something greater than me is pouring through my heart and onto the page. I don’t question it, edit it, or try to control it in the moment. I trust it. That surrender is what gives the music its depth. Whatever comes through in that state carries a purity and emotional honesty that listeners can feel, even if they don’t know why. I’m very intentional about the emotional state I’m in when I write and record. Lyrically, I write from truth, not performance. When something feels truthful, I know it will translate energetically to the listener.

As a certified sound healing practitioner, how do you incorporate vibrational frequencies into your music compositions? Can you give an example of a song where you deliberately used specific frequencies to achieve a certain emotional or healing effect?
I’m mindful of frequency, tone, and resonance rather than treating music purely as structure. Certain songs are built to feel calming, deep, or heart-opening. For example, in some of my more intimate tracks, it’s more about the story behind the lyrics. While I don’t always label frequencies overtly, I work intuitively with vibration to support emotional release.
You practice Reiki healing outside the studio. How does your experience as a Reiki healer influence your songwriting process? Are there any specific Reiki principles or practices that you draw inspiration from when creating music?
Reiki has taught me to “get out of the way”. In both healing and songwriting, the work is about allowing. I often approach a song the same way I approach a session: setting an intention, creating safety, and trusting what wants to come through. Reiki principles like presence, love, authenticity, non-attachment, and compassion deeply influence how I write.
You’ve said that your goal is to create songs that heal on a soul level. How do you measure the success of your music in terms of its healing impact? Do you receive feedback from listeners that confirms your music has had a transformative effect on them?
To me, success isn’t defined by numbers, charts, or waiting for a payout. It’s the feeling I get while I’m actually in the process—being fully immersed, inspired, and alive while creating something meaningful. Success is how fun it is to build the project, to see an idea take shape, to feel that spark when everything clicks and flows. It’s finishing something I poured my heart into and knowing I honored my creativity and my purpose. The fulfillment comes from the journey itself—the devotion, the play, the alignment—not just the outcome. That’s when I feel the most successful. I measure success by resonance. The feedback I receive confirms that the music is doing what I intended: meeting people where they are and supporting them emotionally and energetically.

Balancing the roles of a musician and an energy healer must be quite unique. How do you manage to seamlessly weave these two passions together? Are there any challenges you face in combining wellness practices with your musical career?
To me, they’re not separate roles. Everything is about purpose. I’m not chasing anything. Music and energy work come from the same place. The challenge is mostly external—navigating an industry that often prioritizes image and output over depth and intention. But internally, the weaving feels natural. I protect my energy and stay aligned with why I create. When I do that, both aspects of my work strengthen each other rather than compete. Doing everything with intention and love is most important to me and my soul’s purpose.
Looking ahead, what are your plans for further exploring the intersection of music and wellness? Do you envision developing any special projects, such as sound healing concerts or wellness retreats that combine your musical talent and healing expertise?
I’m very excited about expanding this intersection. I’m very intentional about calling in the right people to collaborate with—people who are aligned with my vision, my energy, and my values. When the collective is right, the work feels joyful and effortless, and creating together becomes just as fun and meaningful as the art itself. When I think about the future, I envision a sacred studio space of my own that feels blessed, protected, and safe—a place where I can work, write, and fully immerse myself in creation and invite others in the same field who resonate with my intentions. I feel most aligned when I’m writing and building, not performing for the sake of performing. My true dream is to take the memories and experiences of my life and translate them into beautiful songs—capturing emotions, moments, and truths in a way that feels timeless, intimate, and meaningful. That process of interpreting real feelings into music is where I feel most fulfilled and connected to my purpose.
