Designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri for the spring-summer 2021 ready-to-wear show, the new masterpiece has been labelled as the Dior Palto. Maria has taken inspiration from the Diopaletot jacket designed for the 1957 fall-winter collection unveiled in Japan.
The new pieces embrace each silhouette with elegance and audacity
Celebrating the excellence of savoir-faire, the jacket’s versatile design allows you to wear it as desired. Whether worn short or long, this delicately designed piece comes with paisley or tie-dye motifs or a reversible plain Dior Oblique Version. Either knotted or belted, it shapes the waits and fits each silhouette with grace, finesse and dynamism to rhyme singularity and freedom of movement.
Every Piece celebrates excellence of savoir-faire
By perfectly marrying the East and the West’s spirit, Maria Gazia Chiuri keeps on reflecting the origins and transformation of fashion through each garment’s cut and construction.
